Our First Bank Wire!
Exciting news! Our very first bank wire has just arrived in Brazil, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Thanks to the generosity of Uberlândia Development Initiatives, the community center Projetos Sociais Estação Vida will soon have a top-of-the-line security system with cameras.
Although the plan was originally to use the funds for a playground, a sudden change of plans led them to prioritize repairs and security upgrades. And with the high crime rates plaguing the Shopping Park neighborhood, this security system couldn't have come at a better time.
At UDI Brazil, we believe in providing our partner NGOs with the freedom to use the funds as they see fit, without any unnecessary strings attached. We trust that the leaders, staff, and volunteers at Estação Vida know what their community needs most, and we're simply here to support and empower them.
