Estação Vida is a vibrant community center serving over 150 children in the under-resourced Shopping Park neighborhood of Uberlândia, Brazil—a community that, since the 1980s, has faced persistent gaps in infrastructure, education, and opportunity. Founded in 2004, Estação Vida offers a safe space before and after school where youth receive meals, educational support, and enrichment activities like sports, music, computing, and martial arts. To support this vital work, UDI was founded in 2020 as a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Estação Vida. Guided by a vision of a thriving, inclusive community where every child can realize their potential, UDI connects international donors to local efforts that foster holistic development, educational access, and long-term community empowerment in Shopping Park.
